Belgium booked a place in the U16 European Championship Women Qualifying Round after a 82-44 win over Sweden.
The Swedish team came looking for a victory after yesterday's defeat to Hungary, but lacked the stamina to balance the game after the first quarter.
Belgium looked like a well-oiled shooting machine, making almost 70 per cent of their shots in the first half.
Arvid Diels' team profited by the space given by the Swedish defence to share their points among their four top players, with Eva Devliegher being the best Belgian scorer with 13 points, and Julie Allemand scoring 12 points.
Andjela Hrnjez was Sweden's best scorer with nine points and eight rebounds.
Sweden need to beat Turkey on Saturday, if they want to keep their chances alive for a place in the Qualifying Round, while Belgium keep the ambition to win Group A.
